TERMS and CONDITIONS

In making a booking with us, you agree to accept our T&Cs.

The T&Cs below apply to all bookings whether made online through our website or made by email, telephone or in person.

By placing a booking with us, you and your party (guests) agree to the following T&Cs as set out. If you have questions please contact us before making a booking.

To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 16 years of age. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use our services and facilities.

By placing this booking, this confirms that this contract is between you, your party and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Neither of us will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to change any of the agreed terms.

BOOKINGS

Full payment is required to secure your booking. Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

You will make your booking with a debit or credit card.

A full non-transferable payment is required at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your booking up to five working days before the date of your tour for a full refund.

No refund will be issued within 5 days of the date of your tour.

Third Party booking partners may offer different cancellation terms. You should refer to these on their website.

No refund will be issued in any instance of 'force majeure' - any extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of both parties.

In the instance of any 'force majeure' we will honour the booking through the issue of a voucher and honour any changes to your travel arrangements at a later date.
